  1. Click here and when prompted, select "Run" and possibly a second "Run" (if you have Windows XP SP2)
  2. In this window, double-click the support person's name as instructed by the technician

  2. Copy Gitso to the Applications folder
  3. Open Gitso
  4. In this window, type in address as instructed by the technician
