How to let us control your Windows desktop remotely

  1. Click here and when prompted, select "Run" and possibly a second "Run" (if you have Windows XP SP2)
  2. In this window, double-click the support person's name as instructed by the technician

  1. Save and Open the DMG file
  2. Drag and drop "Vine Server" to copy it to the Applications folder
  3. Drag Vine Server to the Applications folder then double-click your tech's name

  4. Double-click your support person's name as instructed
