What Type of RMV?*

Full RMVs should be done at whatever frequency is specified in Control. New Client Audit is a sales tool with the intent of gathering information about what a client will need to get 'caught up'. Cutover is when we are taking over a new client the first time. NCA and Cutover is for when they've already signed with us, but a New Client Audit hasn't yet been done, so we still need to provide them with a catch up quote.
