Outlook 2016 freezes when opening signatures
If you are finding that Outlook 2016 freezes when you are trying to access signatures, the solution many times is to uninstall all the preinstalled Office applications from the computer. When you install your own version of Office on a computer preloaded, when you look in the apps list you will see 2 Words, 2 Excels, 2 Outlooks etc. Uninstall all the preinstalled versions, and viola, signatures will work again. Simple fix and avoids reinstall. [...]

Office 365 Incoming Mail not populating due to Malicious Rule
We recently had a client who opened a spam email and it sent spam to all of their internal contacts. His profile got corrupted so our onsite tech recreated it but now the client can only send out emails and cannot receive any emails—internal or external. I’m waiting for Office 365 admin credentials (They All changed their passwords from the scare and admin did as well) to dig deeper but does anyone know if [...]
Finding your Comcast Account Number
Comcast no longer providing support without account number The Problem: Up until now Comcast has allowed us to call in on a customer's behalf to troubleshoot an outage. Often times we are alerted to your internet being down and can begin troubleshooting first thing in the morning, sometimes before anyone even arrives at your office. Sync Center – Folders show gray X over VPN
We've bumped into this issue with Sync Center for clients with employees who often work from home several times recently. A user selects a folder or two in a shared drive for offline use. Then, when they connect over the VPN, or sometimes even on the LAN, they can only see the folders they have synced and the rest have a gray "X" on them. It has to do with windows thinking it is [...]
