Send WordPress emails from Microsoft365 or Google Workspace

The most significant impact is on email addresses that are not associated with a specific individual, which usually includes printers, scanners, and websites.
For WordPress websites, the most effective solution is to switch to a secure connection with your cloud email provider. Microsoft365 and Google Workspace are the most widely used providers among our clients.

Here are the steps involved:
- Review your website for any existing email plugins and record their settings.
- Install the plugin.
- Configure the plugin to work with Microsoft365, Google Workspace, or another email provider of your choice.
- Test the email sending functionality.
- Remove any pre-existing email sending plugins from your website.
