Software Operator Solutions merges with RMTT

We are very proud to announce that Software Operator Solutions has merged with Rocky Mountain Tech Team. We are excited to add Elaine Nelson to our team, and we look forward to continuing and adding on to the great support SOS provided to your team.

RMTT is thrilled to welcome customers of Software Operator Solutions. We had the pleasure of meeting Elaine a few months ago and as we learned about her knack for customer service and her expertise in the dental industry–we knew there would be good things to come.  

After 25 years of working closely with her clients on a daily basis, Elaine is planning to retire in late 2021 and wanted to make sure that all of SOSs’ clients were well taken care of in the years to come.

Rocky Mountain Tech Team is the company I have found to have the skills in technology and client relationships that have proven to me—they are the ones to work with in the future. 

Elaine will continue in her role as Account Manager and is actively transitioning clients to RMTT’s suite of proactive support and security products.

Thank each and every one of you for your patronage and support of my business over the years and my efforts for your continued success. To that extent I have included some introductory information concerning the company I will be entrusting to the continuing success of my business.
